A sweep of the estate’s roads will be taking place this Wednesday, 10th December.
Please avoid leaving cars parked on the road during Wednesday.
If the sweepers fail to cover the whole estate, they will return on another date.

Important: gas mains works in many parts of the estate
Residents living in many of the estate’s roads are being notified of disruption as National Grid contractors carry out work to upgrade the gas mains in the area.
National Grid has written to residents warning them of impending work. Woodside Hill residents have been told the work there will last for five weeks, from 27 October until 28 November 2014.
Other roads affected are:

Sewage Pipe Leak on Chiltern Hill
Please be aware that a sewage pipe has burst on Chiltern Hill, the committee are aware and have alerted Thames Water.
Once the site has been inspected by Thames Water we will post more information about any potential works and road closures.

Sewage repair, Chiltern Hill
There is a crack in a sewage pipe on Chiltern Hill just below the oak tree island. Effluent has leaked and run down the hill.
Thames Water have been alerted this morning, Thursday 9th October 2014, and are urgently sending a repair team to deal with the problem today.

I wonder if you could circulate this photo. This cat has adopted out house as its new home. Does it belong to anyone on the Heights? Did it belong to someone who has moved? Maybe a neighbour will recognise it?
