  - Neighbourhood Watch
- To approve and adopt the sub-sections of the report

Key decisions
- To confirm that the Annual Subscription should rise to £400 for 2026
- To confirm that the basis for computation of Development Fees should remain unchanged.

The CHRC Annual Report 2024-25 & notice of 2025 AGM is now available HERE

The AGM will be held on Friday 14th March, 7.30pm at the Church Parish Hall, Chalfont St Peter.

If you have not already become a member of Chalfont Heights, please fill out the form which can be downloaded HERE Only signed up members will be allowed to vote on proposed item agendas.

Please sign and scan your membership form and email it to [email protected] forms will also be available on the night for residents to fill in and submit.

Please find attached the Annual Report for 2023-24 HERE from the Roads Committee, and please note the date of this year’s AGM, which will be held on Friday 15th March at 7.30pm at the Parish Church Hall, Chalfont St Peter.

Chalfont Heights Estate 61st AGM – Friday March 4th 2016

The 61st Annual General Meeting will be held at the Church Hall in Church Lane, Chalfont St Peter from 7.30pm on Friday 4th March 2016, refreshments will be available from 7pm.

Our current Chairman, Jonathan Peglar will Chair the meeting and the residents are invited to join us to hear about future plans for the upkeep of Chalfont Heights Estate. We kindly request that if you are unable to attend that you please RSVP through the contact form on the website or through a resident attending on the evening.
